The GetThis Collab Platform is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 16, we may delete the information and close the account.

We collect information that users provide to us and information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the platform.

Account Information

When you create or receive access to an account, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Password/authentication credentials
• Account role, such as creator, brand, or administrator
• Account status and related administrative records

Profile Information

Creators and brands may provide profile information, including:

• Username
• Display name
• Profile image
• Bio or description
• Category or industry
• Location
• Website
• Social handle or social link
• Verification status or account badges

Some profile information is intended to be shown publicly or to other platform users, depending on the page, user role, and platform feature.

Application Information

When users apply to join or use the platform, we may collect:

• Application type, such as creator or brand
• Name
• Email address
• Creator category
• Brand category
• Social handle or social link
• Brand company name
• Brand company website
• Brand company location
• Brand contact role
• Referral information
• Application status and related administrative timestamps

Collaboration and Opportunity Information

When users create, view, or apply to collaborations or opportunities, we may collect information such as:

• Contact name
• Contact email
• Product name
• Product category
• Retail price
• Show price
• Available inventory
• Product image links
• Streaming category
• Social links
• Follower counts
• Notes or messages submitted with applications
• Collaboration title, description, location, dates, categories, platforms, partners, and uploaded images

Uploaded Media

Users may upload images or videos, such as profile images, opportunity images, or other platform-related media.

Technical and Usage Information

To operate and secure the platform, we may collect technical information such as:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device type
• Operating system
• Log data
• Authentication/session information
• Security and request metadata
• Essential cookies, including login/session cookies

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools based on the project files reviewed.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the GetThis Collab Platform
• Create and manage user accounts
• Review creator and brand applications
• Enable creators and brands to create, discover, and participate in collaborations
• Display public or limited-access profiles
• Process opportunity and collaboration applications
• Send transactional emails, such as account activation, password reset, and service-related messages
• Maintain platform security
• Prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Improve platform functionality
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not currently use the platform data for newsletter marketing or promotional email campaigns.

Some information on the GetThis Collab Platform is designed to be visible to others.

For example:

• Creator or brand profile information may be visible on public or semi-public profile pages.
• Some profile, collaboration, opportunity, or application-related information may be visible to registered users where needed for platform functionality.
• Information submitted for collaboration workflows may be visible to relevant platform administrators and, where applicable, relevant creators or brands involved in the collaboration.

Users should avoid submitting information they do not want shared within the platform experience.

The platform uses essential cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication, security, and platform operation.

For example, the platform uses an authentication/session cookie to keep users logged in.

We did not find evidence of non-essential analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking pixels in the current project files.

Cloudflare may also use cookies or similar technologies for security, traffic management, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

We use service providers to operate the platform. These providers may process information on our behalf.

Current known service providers include:

• Northflank — hosting and infrastructure
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, security, traffic protection, and related infrastructure services
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery
• Database and storage infrastructure used to store platform data and uploaded media

These providers are authorized to use personal information only as needed to provide services to us, unless otherwise required by law.

We did not find active analytics, advertising, payment processing, or error-tracking vendors in the current project files.

We may send transactional or service-related emails, including:

• Account activation emails
• Password reset emails
• Application status or account-related messages
• Platform operational notices

We do not currently send marketing newsletters as part of this platform.

If marketing communications are added later, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide applicable opt-out choices.

We retain user-provided information for as long as needed to operate the GetThis Collab Platform, provide the requested platform functionality, maintain accounts, manage collaboration records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

If a user requests deletion of their data, we will review and process the request subject to legal, security, operational, and recordkeeping requirements.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, audit records, or archived systems for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

We may share information:

• With service providers who help us host, secure, operate, and support the platform
• With platform administrators who manage applications, accounts, opportunities, and collaborations
• With other registered users or relevant collaboration participants when needed for platform functionality
• As part of public or limited-access profiles and collaboration pages
• If required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process
• To protect the rights, safety, property, or security of GetThis, users, or others
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

We do not sell personal information.

The GetThis Collab Platform is available globally.

If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we may process information based on:

• Contractual necessity: to provide the platform and related services
• Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the platform
• Consent: where required, such as for optional features or future marketing communications
• Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws and valid legal requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete certain personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Request portability of your information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Opt out of certain sharing or processing where applicable

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing.

We do not sell personal information.

We also do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.

These measures may include:

• Authentication controls
• Access restrictions
• Secure infrastructure providers
• Encrypted transport where applicable
• Operational monitoring and security controls

However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored through the platform.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or social profiles, such as creator websites, brand websites, or social media links.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services. Users should review those third parties’ privacy policies before providing information to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the platform, by email, or by updating the effective date above.

Continued use of the platform after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to your use of the platform.
